Integrity is doing what you say you’re going to do.
But before we get to Yes, we have to know that it’s a real YES !
In Myers-Briggs terms, I used be 50-50 S and N, meaning that I was equal part research and intuition. That’s also exactly how I went about making decisions. I would study it and ask advice and then choose what most resonated with me.
Here’s where that strategy actually added confusion. Intuitive hits come from out of the blue. They’re not linear and sometimes are most unusual. But they feel good in that, shall we say, daring way.
Courage comes from the French word coeur. Trusting your intuition and acting on that guidance requires a lot of courage.
That courage can be quite diluted when people you love and respect share their trusted opinions.

Connecting to your intuition is like having an internal GPS that’s focused on getting you to your destination in the most efficient way. And the goal itself will bring out the best in you en route…
Intuition whispers and keeps on whispering. We may shut it down sometimes with “too good to be true.” Eventually, when we’re ready to RISE we’ll head in that direction and enjoy the benefits of our energy also being on board.
