RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG

Ra: Sun… Tuning to this frequency gives energy

Ma: Moon… Aligns you to receive

Da: Earth… Grounding you in your roots

Sa: Infinity… Your energy rises upwards and outwards

Sa Say:  Pulling in the energy of the infinite and beyond

So:  Merging the Self with the field of infinite possibilities

Hung: Essence of creation… Service of cosmic intelligence is within me !

Love Creates Miracles

This meditation will attune you to the pure Love vibration of the universe.

Your hands in this position allow you to share Light and healing with the world:

Imagine your hands spreading the light to whomever you would like to uplift and heal.

You can start by sending it into your space, your building, your town, your country and then go around the world sending Light wherever you like 🌟

At anytime, raise your hand and ask for your own healing. By healing yourself, you get to uplift the world. So ask for anything you want healed. Unapologetically.

By invoking and inviting both your personal healing and your desire to spread the Love, your energy will naturally RISE. You’ll feel really good as a result of this practice

You’ll notice right away the effect it’s having in your world. Keep it up… Set a regular moment for your meditation. Just by showing up for the practice daily, you’re inviting the universe to help you solve the issues. This energetic shift will show you a whole new way of getting results.
