You are the Light of the World

When we come into the world as children, we’re filled with Love. As Dr Maria Montessori noted we “come fresh from God.” From the start, we inhabit Love, joy, fun and great energy 🌟

Children come into the world loving and trusting Life – with zero fear, they don’t even know what it is !

We come connected to the whole… We care about others and nature. Kids are just smiley happy rays of sunshine. And that, my friends, is who we all are at the deepest level of our being.

Remember Who You Are

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Rumi

The journey of Life is all about unlearning fear, and returning to Love – again and again ! We can do this one thought at a time, one decision at a time, one day at a time. The results are cumulative and eventually, you’ll reach a tipping point from where Love becomes your natural vibe again. It doesn’t mean you’ll be forever in a Love state, it just means that it will be much easier to shift into better energy when things and people knock you off. We’re human and Life happens. So just be kind to yourself every step of the way.

Your willingness to Remember Who You Are helps clear the obstacles, one by one. Try this prayer for 40 days: “Thank You Life for reminding me who I am.”

Only Love is Real

In this post, I’d like to propose that there is only one world. The world of Love. All the rest is illusion. If you can affirm this to yourself all day long, And anytime something pops up that feels scary or off, remind yourself that Only Love is Real. Meditate on that and hang out with this thought until it seeps into you, at the deepest cellular level. The great news is that every seven years, our cells completely renew. Essentially, you’re a new person again and again (28, 35, 42, 49 onwards). So at whichever point you find yourself right now, start getting into the groove for the next cycle.

Love Creates Miracles

Every time you shift from a fear thought to a better feeling thought, you’re inviting miracles into your world.  These shifts add up as your Life becomes more and more powerful. Your energy will be on the RISE. We are energetic beings and our energy allows things to happen – or not. As you consciously choose to raise your energy, you invite the universe into the co-creation of your most magnificent Life.

You are the Light of the world and within you is a place of calm and truth. From that place of peace, you are connected to an infinite Source of power and Love. In that space is every answer to any question you might ever have and all solutions can be found. Anytime something looks problematic, remind yourself that Only Love is Real.
