Our brain’s neuroplasticity allows us to re-organise thoughts and create new pathways.
Our thoughts create our world. What we think about translates into how we feel. How we feel emits an energy. This energy attracts its likeness. Good thoughts and energy bring to us high vibe people and situations. Similarly, negative thoughts lead to a spiral that repels the good. It’s literally like choosing a channel on TV. Choose a horror movie and that’s what you’ll get. The great news is that it’s up to us to change the channel in our mind as well.
Neural networks in the brain can change throughout our life. It’s never too late. So if you’ve been a glass half empty type of person up until now… No problem, start changing that today!
Where the attention goes, energy flows
Creative thoughts open up our mind to new ideas and possibilities. We are responsible for the thoughts we think. Empowering thoughts feel good to our system because they are the truth. Fearful thoughts shut us down physically. This blocks access to the more evolved part of the brain to tap into your creative genius.
The brain’s default setting is fear. It’s our survival instincts from way back when tigers were jumping out of trees… These days, any fear thought can spiral someone into fight, flight or freeze mode.
The good news is that we get to choose how to focus our mind. Meditation will help you uncover the fear records that are running the show for you… And from there, you can bust those limiting beliefs, one by one.
A great way to get started is through a Gratitude practice. By noticing more of what you do have, you grow the abundance muscles. Essentially, what you appreciate appreciates.
Creative Thoughts and Words
Sometimes, it’s easier to change the words Our words are extensions of our thoughts. Whatever we’re thinking about, we’re elaborating on through conversation. Becoming more mindful of your words and intentionally choosing to affirm what you do want can quite literally change the energy field, which in turn, changes your outcomes.
Notice how you feel after complaining versus your energy when you’re expanding on dreams and desires. It’s important to feel the feelings that are coming up. We absolutely don’t want to bury fear and anxiety. Once we’ve allowed ourselves to breathe into the discomfort, it’s important to navigate our way to better feeling thoughts. It’s a step by step process. One thought at a time. The willingness to shift into better energy is enough to magnetise miracles into your world. The miracle is in that shift !
And you don’t even have to come up with the better feeling thought yourself, just choose Love instead by asking Life or the Universe or your Angels or the Vortex to show you all the good that’s in store for you ❤️

We think about 70,000 thoughts a day. Most of them are repetitive and skewed towards the brain’s default mode.
This is what leads to feelings of overwhelm and being stuck.
Every once in a while, we have to ask ourselves what we’re tired of tolerating: drama, scarcity, people pleasing, confusion, procrastination…
In other words, you can choose Creative thoughts:
